How does a coffee subscription work?
^The coffee subscription service is specially designed so that you never run out of coffee.
We risked taking responsibility for everything related to coffee in your life: confidence in quality and freshness, incomplete stocks in your home, experiments with flavors of your choice and delivery right into your hands!
How it works:
Step 1 - Take the test.
We have created a test of 6 easy questions, after which you will get coffee according to your preferences.
Step 2 - adjust for yourself.
Choose the required amount of coffee and delivery frequency.
Step 3 - the head no longer hurts.
Get freshly roasted coffee right at home on a convenient schedule! If necessary, in the personal account you can change the schedule or change the coffee by choosing a new one in the catalog.

^The classic subscription is ideal for all coffee lovers. A classic subscription is when you subscribe to one variety with constant delivery of it.
We have selected the best choice based on your answers. The selected variety will not end. You have the opportunity to set up your subscription and evaluate all the coffee you drink. You will have the opportunity to choose a new variety of coffee through the catalog and quickly get your order.
The subscription price is fixed until you choose a new coffee.
What is a specialty subscription?
^We created a Specheltie subscription to invite you to learn more about aromas and flavors that you love or don't know about yet.
You will receive a different coffee in a new order with delivery, and you will be able to discover a new one every time. The subscription includes only Specialty coffee varieties. You have the opportunity to set up your subscription and evaluate all the coffee you drink. You will have the opportunity to choose a new variety of coffee through the catalog and quickly get your order.
The subscription cost changes depending on the selected coffee.
Can I buy coffee without a subscription?
^You can purchase the entire range of coffee without a subscription. Some coffees from our catalog are not available for subscription, but they can be purchased with a regular purchase.
A regular purchase can be made by selecting coffee in the catalog, after which you need to select the preparation method, grinding, weight and quantity.
You will be redirected to the Checkout page, where you must enter your data to receive.
After registration, you will receive your order in a convenient way.
What is freshly roasted coffee?
^We choose fresh roasts - these are small batches, individual "recipe" for each variety, full control over the process and constant grain samples. In addition, roasted coffee, if stored for a long time, gradually loses the brightness of taste and aroma.
At Fresh Black, we plan roasting so that you get fresh coffee and prepare it during the period of greatest saturation of taste and aroma. We have a strong team of roasters and capters - titled participants of the championships - responsible for this process.
We regularly conduct blind sensory testing and that is why we have established our own coffee testing laboratory.
Our team tastes each batch before it is released. Every time we change at least one component of our mixes, we start all over again.
Every time we introduce a new grain, we start all over again. And only after that coffee gets to our range and in your cups.

Why should I rate coffee?
^When you make your first subscription, a coffee evaluation option will be available for you in your personal account.
We really liked your coffee? Your answers will help us get better.
How do I change the date of my next delivery?
^In the personal account there is an option to change the schedule to a convenient one for you.
Clicking on the link will open a calendar in which you can choose a convenient day for you to deliver your order. Just click on the day and save the changes.
We remind you that, unfortunately, we do not deliver on weekends.
How can I pause my subscription?
^In the personal account there is an option to suspend the subscription.
If you are going on vacation or you need to skip an order on schedule, choose how long to suspend your subscription and save your changes.
You can suspend your subscription for a maximum of 30 days.
What if I didn't like coffee?
^When evaluating coffee by subscription, if you did not like the selected coffee, you can evaluate it by clicking the "thumb down" icon.
We wonder why the chosen coffee did not suit you. We will ask you to answer a few questions and give an assessment.
How do I cancel my subscribe?
^In the personal account there is an option to unsubscribe.

How can I pay for the order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as their electronic versions (Visa Virtuon, Mastercard Electron).
If you want to pay by credit card, you will be asked to choose a payment method during checkout.
In the Payment method column, you need to select "Payment by card on the site." After that, you will be redirected to the server page of the payment system, where you need to enter personal data, number and lines of the card and CVV code.

Delivery of goods for legal entities is carried out on the basis of a signed contract.
To draw up an agreement or invoice your organization, you must provide the following documents:
- Certificate of VAT payer (if available)
- Certificate of single tax payer (if any)
- Company Registration Certificate
