An energetic coffee from China's Yunnan region. Small and medium-scale farmers grow it in local highland villages. They named the coffee after the peacock, believing it brings luck to families whose land these birds nest on.

Farmers hand-pick the cherries and deliver them to a processing station in Pu'er city. Here, the coffee undergoes flotation sorting to separate unripe and damaged cherries. After pulping, the beans ferment for 10-12 hours in water tanks under careful monitoring to stop at the optimal moment.

Post-fermentation, the beans are washed and dried for 2-3 weeks.

The coffee features a thick, creamy body. In the cup, China KongQue reveals notes of almond, chocolate, and apple.
