This coffee is grown and harvested by farmers who live in the Okoluu region, deep, deep in the ancient forest.
Every day, the coffee collected by the farmers is sent to the drying station. Red cherries are selected for drying, which are pre-sorted by soaking in water. Then the cherries are laid out to dry on African beds. Coffee drying time is from 24 to 28 days.
