PERU AMAZONAS MONTE VERDE

Finca Timbuyacu is a farm founded by Alfonso Tejada and Karen Araoz. This farm is part of Cafe Monteverde: a producer group of 250 farmers from Rodriguez de Mendoza, Amazonas and Peru. And it was Finka Timbuyaku who became the founder of this community, which they founded in 2003. Since its inception, Café Monteverde has established relationships with a wide range of manufacturers, has its own production and produces a number of its own limited and exclusive coffee micro-lots.

Monteverde works in a team with his farms: he organizes their productive work, and helps to preserve the soil and take measures for their proper use. Together, they plant hedges, various shady trees, and add contour lines to reduce erosion.

This lot is made from the harvest of all 250 farmers working in the Cafe Monteverde group, and it is a bright representative of the Rodriguez de Mendoza region. Each addition to the batch is carefully checked and selected for the quality of the cup. It tastes sweet and fruity, and resembles berry syrup.
