CASCARA COSTA-RICA HACIENDA LAS LAJAS – dried coffee berry pulp. Once a Salvadoran farmer, Aida Battle, realized that coffee pulp can be used to make a drink. And it turned out interesting and resembled the taste of rosehip compote.
So is our Costa Rican cascara, which will open with taste notes of plums, wild honey and rose hips.
How to cook cascara to reveal all the richness of its flavors?
Take 30-40 grams of cascara per 500 ml of water with a temperature of 95 degrees, infuse for 8-10 minutes and taste.
