Indonesia Gunung Tujuh Kerinci

The farming community consists of 320 people and is located at the foot of Mount Kerinchi on the island of Sumatra. Mount Kerinci is one of the volcanoes of the Pacific Ring of Fire. Historical volcanic eruptions have made the local soil extremely fertile.

This type of coffee is harvested by hand. After collection, it is delivered to the center where the coffee is processed. After that, it is moved to the central mill. In fact, this mill functions as a small washing station. The coffee is carefully sorted and delivered to be dried on African beds. Next, the coffee is sorted again and regularly stirred to ensure even drying.
