Stable classic from Bucaramanga — a Colombian region renowned for its large, high-quality beans. The coffee is grown near the Andes mountain range, in volcanic soils with a moderate humid climate.
As a result, the coffee has a balanced taste, pleasant texture, and medium body. In short, it's like a three-piece suit or a little black dress — a staple.
Brewing Colombia Bucaramanga as an espresso, you will notice notes of prunes, grapes, and cocoa.
