Costa Rica Las Lajas Black Diamond

Black Diamond - that's the name of the processing method used for this coffee. It was developed by the Chacon family - one of the world's finest coffee farming couples who are now running their family business in its third generation.
Black Diamond is their latest innovation in processing methods. What makes it special is that during the drying process, the sugars in the fruit pulp crystallize, giving the beans a deep black shine.
The result is a coffee with bright, vibrant acidity and a full, silky body. In the cup, you can taste notes of blueberry, grapefruit, and milk chocolate.
