Oscar managed a small 5-hectare farm when he met Francisca, an agronomist with a state company, in 1997. After the birth of their first child, Francisca joined him on the farm. Together, they not only created unique coffee processing methods but also turned the small plot of land into their own coffee micro-empire.
Black Diamond is a new processing method invented by the couple. The uniqueness of this method lies in the crystallization of sugars in the coffee cherry pulp during drying, giving the beans a deep black shine.
As a result, the coffee stands out with its acidity and full, silky body. In the cup, you’ll discover notes of blueberry, grapefruit, and milk chocolate.
