Ethiopia Ayla Bombe
Green tea, peach, and apple.
Coffee from the Sidamo region, grown by smallholder farmers from the villages of Bombe and Shentawane. The beans are processed at the Ayla washing station, managed by the Yonis family.
This lot undergoes a natural processing method: after careful handpicking, the cherries are spread out on raised beds to dry under the sun for 15–20 days. During this time, they are regularly turned to ensure even drying and prevent over-fermentation.
In the cup, you'll find green tea, peach, and apple. A bright acidity, natural sweetness, and a crisp fruity aftertaste make this coffee an absolute delight.
