A coffee from the high-altitude region of Sidamo, Ethiopia, known for its high-quality specialty coffee.

At the Chire processing station, harvests are collected from around 900 smallholder farmers. This particular lot is naturally processed: the coffee cherries were dried for 15–21 days.

The beans were regularly turned to ensure even drying—this meticulous approach prevents spoilage and enhances the bright, fruity flavors of the beans.

In the cup, you'll find notes of black tea, lemon, and walnut.
