A classic Kenyan coffee from smallholder farmers in Nyeri County, Central Highlands. At 1600-1800 meters above sea level, they grow SL28 and SL34 varieties, known for their bright acidity.
Farmers hand-pick coffee cherries and deliver them to washing stations. The coffee undergoes wet processing to remove the pulp. Then it's dried for up to 20 days.
