A tasting set of fermented specialty coffee for those who want to try all the coffee on the site without major financial consequences. The set includes 4 fermented specialty coffees, 100g each. Each lot in the set has undergone different but special fermentation: from sealed bags to anaerobic bioreactor. Perfect option to find your favorite processing method.

Coffee inside:

• Colombia La Macarena (lychee, passion fruit, apricot, currant)

Coffee fermented scientifically. Processing takes place in an anaerobic bioreactor with special yeasts added for 96 hours.

• Colombia Danilo Perez (dark chocolate, spiced rum, canned pineapple)

Coffee after anaerobic fermentation. Spent 120 hours in sealed plastic bags.

• Burundi Kayanza (Rose hip, red currant, mandarin)

Coffee after double fermentation. First fermented for 12 hours without water, then another 12 hours with water.

• Colombia Quebraditas (kiwi, pineapple, rosé wine)

Coffee from ultimate coffee geeks at a Colombian farm. Edison and his girlfriend Luz Angela take their beans through nine processing stages, including double oxidation, thermal shock at 45°C, and final washing with ice water at 5°C.
