We're taking a short break from December 31st to January 5th. All orders placed during this time will be shipped starting January 6th.

If it's not urgent, feel free to order during the holiday break. But if you need your coffee ASAP, please order by December 30th (might want to check your coffee stash just in case!).

Coffee from Peruvian Inca communities. Its home is the Andean mountain range, known for its high altitudes, fertile soils, and rich jungles.

The coffee is grown on small plantations, usually 2-3 hectares in size. The cherries are picked by hand, then placed in water and carefully stirred to bring damaged beans to the surface.

Next, the coffee is pulped, dried, and stored until it is ready for export.

Brewing Peru Aprocassi in a filter will give you flavors of plum, apple, and orange. In espresso, you will taste cherry, cocoa, and grapefruit.
