Swara is a vibrant and fresh Kenyan coffee, named after the gazelle. It is cultivated by farmers in the western and central parts of the country.

Coffee cherries are handpicked and delivered to washing stations. There, the coffee is meticulously sorted and depulped. Afterward, it is fermented, washed in clean water, and sent out to dry. The coffee beans are classified as AB, indicating that their size ranges from 6 to 7 millimeters, a grade used in coffee bean categorization.

When brewed as a filter coffee, Swara reveals flavors of ribes, cherry, and red apple. As an espresso, it offers notes of raspberry, cranberry, and cocoa
