This coffee is grown on a picturesque 4-hectare garden-style farm, nurtured by Ethiopian farmer Adam Banata.
Adam's farm focuses on producing Natural Grade 1 coffee—the highest quality standard. The coffee cherries are processed using the natural (dry) method, where they're dried under the sun in their natural skins. This traditional technique allows the beans to absorb the sweetness and rich aroma of the fruit pulp, resulting in a wonderfully layered flavor profile.
In a filter brew, you'll find notes of blueberry, creamy undertones, and a touch of fig—a delightful mix for those who appreciate complexity in every sip.
