Bourbon post-fermented - the result of an experiment with the method of post-processing of grain: coffee is fermented in whiskey, at the same time remaining non-alcoholic! Under the influence of high temperatures, all alcohol evaporates, and the taste and aroma of whiskey remain.

Winebureu ua are our partners in this project. It is they who provide us with whiskey for coffee fermentation. West Cork Bourbon Cask is a delicate blend of grain and malt whiskey aged in a first pour bourbon cask with Irish spring water. The whiskey has a taste of sweet candied fruit, caramel and vanilla.
